We’re not 100 percent sure how this rum cocktail got its name. It could be a reference to how flamingos stand on one leg. Or maybe it’s referring to bending the knee, Game of Thrones style. But the cocktail is made with rum and tequila, so it’s probably a prediction of how your knees are going to buckle after kicking back a few. Either way, this refreshing frozen drink is perfect for hot summer days.

Instructions:

In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth, adding ice if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
